David’s international leadership, training and development experience is drawn from 25 years in Consulting, Business Leadership and British Military Special Forces contexts. David has developed the 4C’s Leadership Model of Clarity, Cohesion, Contribution and Character, based on the Action Centered and Values Based Leadership concepts
Having graduated as top cadet at the UK’s Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, he went on to lead Regular and Special Forces soldiers on operations before establishing a successful international Risk Consulting business which he led for 10 years prior to selling in 2015. David then went on to set up our sister company Kinetic Capability, and was instrumental in designing and delivering Kinetic’s world class executive leadership training.
David is a keen hill walker and Eton Fives player. He is married and has two young sons.
